Cover mouth and nose fully making sure there are no gaps -
Press the metallic strip to fit the shape of the nose

- Avoid touching the mark while using it
- Do NOT wash the mask with alcohol or water
- Do NOT use this mask if you have a beard or other facial hair as it prevents the mask from completely sealing out outside air
