Customers rate retailers on all points of service, including price, shipping time, customer support and product selection. Millions of online shoppers give feedback to more than 6,000 online businesses each year, providing an unbiased account of everything from their shopping experience to their post purchase opinion of a product. LD is proud to be one of just 123 companies that were honored with the Excellence Award for 2017, earning an overall customer satisfaction rating of 9.4 /10.
