till sent a 'partial' partial order a week or so later of 4 cartridges anyway, explaining they were not able to stop the order at the warehouse in time. I called customer service a second time, to find out about the other cartridges not received and the other 5 cartridges are still on backorder. They didn't know when the other ink cartridges would be available. Cancelled the order again! They won't refund my money until they get the cartridges they sent back. Ok, no problem but I have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. LD was a good company at one time but lately seems to be having fulfillment issues. If you want to deal with this company, call them first to insure they have what you need.
